No elevator!!! Climbing multiple flights of stairs was exhausting. The air conditioning struggled to cool effectively, which is critical in summer!!! Maintenance for dated fixtures is overdue.

Plus, it was nice and quiet, despite being so close to everything. Totally would recommend it!
